Mt. Pleasant
King Suite
Our most luxurious room at the B&B, the Mt. Pleasant is all classic. A large, comfortable king bed occupies the center of the room. A matching wardrobe and dresser give you enough space to store clothes for any length of stay. The private bath has double sinks and a jacuzzi tub. The balcony faces the fields to the east.
Penn
King Suite
Another comfortable option, the Penn is our second room with a king bed. The bath includes a soaker tub and walk-in shower. A large fireplace makes for cozy nights. The 32" television above it can turn a movie night into the perfect option with your significant other.
Hampstead
Two Double
The perfect room for the kids, or a getaway with a friend, Hampstead offers two comfortable double beds for a great price. This room will remind you of simpler times. With basic ammenities, you'll be able to clear your mind and relax.
Double Pad
2 tents
Our three double pad camp sites are hidden among the pines. Each site allows for two standard size tents. Providing maximum privacy, these sites are the way to go for a true outdoors experience. Full bathrooms and private shower stalls are also steps away.
Group Site
Up to 5 tents
Located at the top of the large hill behind the main B&B, our two group sites each accomodate up to five tents. From team building retreats to family reunions, these sites make for a great group weekend. Each sit has private bathrooms, and picnic areas.
Single Site
1 large tent
Our five single sites that are scattered among the property are great for couples, small families, or just yourself. Each site has a fire pit and is within walking distance to restroom facility.

Queen Suite
The rich wooden furniture and vibrant rugs will capture your heart and you won't want to leave. Waking up in the cozy canopy bed will leave you feeling well-rested and ready to enjoy the surrounding area.
Conewago
Queen Suite
The subtle tones and cool colors of the Conewago give off a tranquil and calming feel. The queen pillowtop mattress will help even the most stressed guest wake up feeling at ease. Coupled with a spa package, this suite could be just what you and your special someone need.
All of our rooms consist of the sized bed noted as well as any additional ammenities specific to that room. Every room has access to a private bath, clothes storage, ironing board, coffee maker and B&B supplied toiletries. A continental breakfast is available.
